Job summary

NQ Staff Services is assisting a client in Cairns to recruit a Shipwright Supervisor for an immediate start. The role targets trade-qualified leaders who can oversee shipwright teams and coordinate on-site work in a marine environment.

Successful candidates will bring strong safety discipline, proven team leadership, and planning skills; experience with commercial or Defence vessels is highly valued. This is a hands-on supervisory position in a busy Cairns workshop with a focus on quality,
