Zeus Street Greek is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead the team during each shift and ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will be a hands-on leader who coaches and motivates staff while upholding high standards of food quality, service, safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, QSR or retail.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to train, coach and motivate team members.
• Solid understanding of food safety, customer service and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance.
