Job summary

Red Rooster is looking for a Shift Supervisor to manage on-shift operations, ensuring the brand promise, quality and safety standards are met. You will lead a team, coaching and supporting them to deliver fast, friendly service and memorable customer experiences.

You will help maintain a positive culture, keep the restaurant clean and safe, and contribute to food preparation and service during peak periods. This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy Australian store.

Responsibilities

• Managing the operations on shift to Red Rooster's high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards.
• Leading people, through coaching and support, to deliver great service and efficient restaurant performance.
• Preparing and serving delicious food and creating memorable customer experiences through every interaction.
• Maintaining a positive culture and a clean, safe restaurant while managing peak periods with strong time management and multitasking, including involvement in food preparation and service.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
