Job summary

Red Rooster in Melbourne is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage on-shift operations, uphold our high brand promise, quality and safety standards, and lead a team through coaching to serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences.

You will maintain a positive culture, keep the restaurant clean and safe, and use strong time management and multi-tasking skills during peak periods, while also getting involved in food preparation and service.
