Red Rooster is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee on-shift operations at our Newcastle restaurant, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to brand standards. You will lead the crew, coach teammates and keep the kitchen and front of house running smoothly during busy periods.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, model pride in presentation and safety, and help create memorable customer experiences.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
