Job summary

Burger Urge is seeking a hands‑on Shift Supervisor to lead our team, ensure top‑quality daily operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Glendale venue.

You will drive customer service, oversee food prep and quality, maintain safety and hygiene, and support training and promotional initiatives in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Positive, motivated and solutions‑focused attitude.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities
