SAAR ONE PTY LTD in Geelong, VIC, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a busy Subway franchise. This full-time role manages staff on shift, ensures service standards, and supports daily operations to deliver high-quality food and customer service.

You will supervise front-line staff, coordinate schedules, and uphold health and safety standards while working closely with the Owner. The position offers stable hours and opportunities for development within the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail food environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory or team supervision experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff, workflows, and shift operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff during shifts and coordinating activities of retail workers.
• Training and induction support for new staff.
• Preparing staff rosters and planning work schedules.
• Handling customer enquiries and escalated complaints.
• Stock monitoring, ordering, and inventory control.
• Enforcing workplace safety procedures and health regulations.
• Delivering quality customer service and promoting the establishment’s goods and services.
