Job summary

Red Rooster Derrimut is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift operations, ensuring brand standards, quality and safety while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll coach and support the crew, manage peak periods with strong time management and multitasking, keep the restaurant clean and presentable, and help inspire a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment. This casual/part-time role offers opportunities to grow within the Craveable Brands family.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership / crew supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

We are looking for shift supervisors right now!

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
