Job summary

Red Rooster is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Heddon Greta - Kurri Kurri NSW area. You will oversee on-shift operations to uphold our brand, quality and safety standards, while leading the crew through coaching and support.

The role involves preparing and serving delicious food and creating memorable customer experiences, especially during peak periods. You will maintain a positive culture, ensure a clean and safe restaurant, and actively engage in food preparation to support busy service

Qualifications

• Leadership and team coaching experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Customer service focus with a passion for food and guest experience.

As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards. You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
