Job summary

Chardchicken is seeking a capable supervisor to lead the front counter and kitchen team during shifts. You will open or close the store, manage cash-up, and ensure food-safety and quality standards are met.

You’ll handle customer questions, train new starters, and report stock, waste and staffing issues to the store manager, with casual, part-time and full-time shifts available in Belfield, Eastern Creek and St Clair.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-of-house and kitchen team on shift.
• Ability to remain composed and guide a team under pressure.
• Well-organised and reliable with punctuality.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

You run the store when you're on. You lead the crew, keep the line moving and make sure every customer gets Char'd done properly, from the first order to close.

What you'll do

• Look after customer questions and fix problems on the spot
• Train new starters the Char'd way
• Report stock, waste and staffing issues to the store manager

• Supervisor or team-leader experience in hospitality or quick-service food
• Calm under pressure and confident leading a team
• Organised, reliable and on time
• Available for nights and weekends
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate is a plus
