Chardchicken is seeking a capable supervisor to lead the front counter and kitchen team during shifts. You will open or close the store, manage cash-up, and ensure food-safety and quality standards are met.

You’ll handle customer questions, train new starters, and report stock, waste and staffing issues to the store manager, with casual, part-time and full-time shifts available in Belfield, Eastern Creek and St Clair.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-of-house and kitchen team on shift.
• Ability to remain composed and guide a team under pressure.
• Well-organised and reliable with punctuality.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the front counter and kitchen team through the shift.
• Open or close the store, including the cash-up.
• Maintain food-safety, cleaning and quality standards on every shift.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues on the spot.
• Train new starters in the Char'd way.
• Report stock, waste and staffing issues to the store manager.
