Zeus Street Greek is a fast-casual Greek brand seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the team and ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. You will be a hands-on leader who coaches and motivates staff while maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in hospitality, QSR or retail environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Solid understanding of food safety and customer service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift.
• Supervise team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure all food, service and safety standards are consistently met.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support opening and closing procedures as required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with basic inventory control.
• Assist with cash handling, POS procedures and basic reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance.

Shift Supervisor Responsibilities

All Team Member and Team Member Trainer responsibilities, plus:

• Lead and coordinate the team during your shift
