McDonald’s Australia is hiring energetic Shift Managers for casual, part-time and full-time roles across our restaurant network. You will oversee shifts, drive QSC, sales and team performance, and ensure safe, compliant operations in a busy 24-hour environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience in Hospitality or Retail.
• First Aid Level 2 (preferred).
• Fire Safety Training (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on shifts.
• Supervise employees to ensure restaurant operations.
• Comply with safety and security standards for a safe environment
• Responsible for maintaining food safety to the highest standard.
• Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals.
• Actively seek customer feedback for an exceptional customer experience and repeat business.
• Work within a team to deliver the best quality and experience for our customers.
