Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Casula is seeking a Shift Leader for overnight coverage. The role involves leading and coaching a fast-paced crew to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

You will guide the team, ensure smooth night operations, and participate in training and rosters. Prior leadership and service focus are essential, with relevant certificates preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (completed or willing to complete).
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (completed or willing to undertake).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Uphold food safety and quality standards across shifts.
• Oversee operations during overnight shifts and ensure smooth service.
• Support roster management and training for crew.

• Must be available to work overnight shifts on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
