Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Australia is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and coach the crew, delivering memorable guest experiences while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

You will lead operations, motivate the team, and ensure safety compliance. The role includes training and opportunities for career progression into roles such as Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to obtain Food Safety Supervisor certificate and RSA course if not already held.
