Zusammenfassung

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and motivate a fast-paced team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will drive daily operations and support staff across shifts.

As the restaurant near Perth opens early 2027, you will be accountable for coaching crew, managing safety standards, and contributing to a collaborative workplace with opportunities for career growth within GYG.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a fast-paced team.
• Proven track record delivering outstanding customer service.
• Completion or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completion or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course

Training will commence prior to the restaurant opening in a nearby GYG Restaurant. This restaurant is set to open early 2027 and is outside of the Perth Airport terminals on Dunreath Drive.
