Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Western Australia is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced crew, coach staff, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining top food safety and quality standards. Training will prepare you to lead with confidence as the team opens a new restaurant in early 2027, outside the Perth Airport terminals on Dunreath Drive.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completion or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Completion or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment

Training will commence prior to the restaurant opening in a nearby GYG Restaurant. This restaurant is set to open early 2027 and is outside of the Perth Airport terminals on Dunreath Drive.
