Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Strathpine, North Brisbane, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a new team and elevate guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards. You will lead, coach and motivate a fast-paced crew, set the tone for operational excellence and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain.
• RSO/Responsible Service of Alcohol course completed or willingness to undertake.
