Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and coach the team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to food safety standards. You will lead operations, drive guest satisfaction, and foster a positive workplace culture at our WA locations.

Training will commence in nearby GYG restaurants ahead of the January 2027 opening, with opportunities for career progression into higher management roles and potential franchise involvement in the future.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of providing outstanding customer service.
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.

Responsibilities
