GYG is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and ensure fast, friendly service. You will oversee shift execution, maintain product quality, and assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering an exceptional Mexican dining experience.

The role requires strong people skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality is valued.

Qualifications

• Advanced English required (if non-native).
• RSA certificate required.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments preferred.
• Ability to learn POS and EFTPOS operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pleasant and prompt service to customers.
• Prepare menu items following GYG procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients and procedures.
• Support Restaurant Manager and oversee shift operations.
