Shift Leader

The Shift Leader is responsible for effectively leading the team during specific periods of trade, motivating and engaging the crew on shift, and championing our food safety and food quality standards. You will lead the team through busy service periods, provide crew training, and proactively improve guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and coaching of the crew, maintaining safety and quality standards, managing shift operations, and enhancing the guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience leading or supervising a team within a busy environment
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
