Qualifications

• Proven experience within a similar role or capacity.
• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results.
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written form.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a First Aid certificate and RSA Certificate.
• Must meet the appropriate legal requirements to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand and company standards.
• Schedule and plan activities; delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in hotel emergency procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly and adapt messaging to a variety of guests and staff.
• Collaborate across teams to solve problems and improve service delivery.
• Cover some night shifts and complete the night audit requirements.
