Job summary

Mammoet Australia is seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor with FIFO experience, joining our Shutdown team servicing multiple Pilbara sites on a 2:2 roster. The role focuses on maintaining SHE-Q standards, safety inspections, and training to support client projects at FMG, Rio Tinto, and Roy Hill sites.

Based in Perth with FIFO duties across Pilbara sites, the position requires a Cert IV in WHS, a current Australian driver's license, and the ability to work autonomously while promoting a strong

Qualifications

• Experience in Mining, Construction, Transport or Heavy Lifting highly preferable.
• Minimum Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety.
• Current Valid Australian Driver's License.
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
• Willingness to work across our Pilbara sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining industry-leading SHE-Q standards in our facilities and work locations.
• Liaising effectively with a range of different people and role types across various scopes of work
• Ensuring all employees and contractors comply with Mammoet and customer safety requirements
• Assessing the safety of jobsite and workplace activities
• Conducting and overseeing safety inspections and training
• Coaching and promoting our strong SHEQ culture

We are actively seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor with FIFO experience, ready to embark on an exciting career journey with Mammoet in a full-time capacity. This role is based with our Shutdown team servicing our clients such as FMG, RIO TINTO, ROY HILL on multiple sites across the Pilbara. On offer is a 2:2 structure providing the ultimate 50/50 work-life balance! This positions is FIFO from Perth only.
