Job summary

High Risk Solutions is seeking qualified Sheet Metal Workers (CIII Light Fabrication) to join our team in Gladstone. You will work across workshop fabrication and site installation on major LNG projects, including Curtis Island operations, delivering high-quality sheet metal work.

This casual role offers local opportunities, immediate start, and upskilling. A White Card and pre-employment checks are essential; relocation not required. Residential Gladstone base; FIFO/DIDO not available.

Qualifications

• CIII Light Fabrication certification or equivalent required.
• Proven sheet metal worker experience in maintenance or shutdown environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently.
• Strong safety mindset and positive team attitude.
• Ability to solve problems onsite unsupervised.
• Lagging and cladding experience.

Sheet Metal Worker – CIII Light Fabrication

Requirements

• CIII Light Fabrication

• Proven experience as a sheet metal worker in a maintenance and or shutdown environment

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently

• Strong safety mindset and positive team attitude

• Ability to solve problems onsite unsupervised

• Lagging and cladding experience

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug & alcohol screening

• Driver's License

• Residential Gladstone based position (FIFO/DIDO arrangements are not available). Relocation assistance provided.

• White Card (Construction Induction) – Essential

• Blue Medipass or willingness to obtain

• Reliable, professional, and quality-driven with a positive attitude towards personal and team safety

• Forklift (LF) and EWP tickets highly regarded
