Job summary

Sheetmetal Worker – Gladstone

AESTEC Services is seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Worker to join our growing team in Gladstone, Queensland. This is a residential position based in Gladstone. Applicants must be local or willing to relocate, as FIFO/DIDO arrangements are not available.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sheetmetal Worker who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Sheetmetal) or equivalent recognised trade qualification.
• Previous experience as a Sheetmetal Worker in a maintenance and/or shutdown environment.
• Current driver's licence.
• Basic hand tools required for the trade.
• A positive attitude towards personal and team safety.

The Following Will Be Highly Regarded

• Current Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) tickets.
• Current construction industry White Card.
• Current QAL, BSL or RTAY Blue Medipass (three-site Medipass), or willingness to obtain.
• Relevant High Risk Work Licences, including EWP and forklift.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a motivated team.
