Job summary

Exclaim IT is seeking an experienced SharePoint Specialist to join a Federal Government client in Canberra, supporting a Records Modernisation project. The role focuses on planning, execution and handover of legacy data migration to SharePoint Online.

You will configure and maintain SharePoint Online, support data migrations with ShareGate, and develop governance frameworks across Microsoft 365. Strong PowerShell skills and references are required.

Qualifications

3–7 years of hands-on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 experience.
Strong expertise in SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
Experience in information governance and records management.
Proficiency in Power Platform development and customization.
Experience migrating legacy data to SharePoint Online.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services.
Ability to provide professional references.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for the Records Modernisation project, including planning, execution and handover activities.
Configure, administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments.
Support the migration of legacy data to SharePoint Online using tools such as ShareGate.
Develop and maintain information architecture and governance frameworks.
Customise and develop SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to support administration, automation and migration activities.
Build and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Support project delivery and transition activities.
