Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant to join a digital program delivering a modern intranet using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.

You will design, configure and implement SharePoint Online Modern Experience solutions, develop information architecture and metadata, and support migration, governance and integration across Microsoft 365 for Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and more.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience delivering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Extensive SharePoint development/administration, including SPFx.
• Solid information architecture, metadata and content management knowledge.
• Experience with Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate/Apps, Microsoft Search.
• Excellent consultancy, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement SharePoint Online Modern Experience solutions.
• Develop information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, navigation and CMS.
• Support content migration, remediation, governance, permissions and lifecycle.
• Configure and optimise Microsoft Search and metadata-driven navigation.
• Support integration across Microsoft 365 while aiding testing and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement SharePoint Online Modern Experience solutions
• Develop information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, navigation and content management solutions
• Support content migration, remediation, governance, permissions and lifecycle management
• Configure and optimise Microsoft Search, including metadata-driven navigation
• Support integration across Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Microsoft Search and enterprise systems, while contributing to testing, deployment and operational transition.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience delivering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Modern Experience.
• Extensive SharePoint development and administration experience, including SPFx Web Parts and Extensions.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, UX/UI, metadata, taxonomy, content management and accessibility.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Search.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultancy, communication and problem-solving skills
