Job summary

For Purpose Aged Care is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong SharePoint and Microsoft 365 expertise to partner with stakeholders and improve business processes.

Reporting to the Head of IT PMO, you will lead analysis, design, and delivery of SharePoint solutions, migrations, workflows, and intranet sites across our facilities. This hands-on role requires PMO experience, AD knowledge, and Jira/Confluence usage.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end SharePoint implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Experience delivering SharePoint migrations and deployments.
• Experience working in a PMO or project environment.
• Knowledge of document management systems, workflows, permissions and access controls.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and other business apps.
• Experience with change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, IT teams and vendors to capture requirements.
• Design, configure and customize SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery: requirements, design, testing, deployment, adoption.
• Deliver migrations, upgrades and new implementations.
• Develop workflows, forms, document management solutions and intranet sites.
• Create project documentation: BRDs, designs, test and deployment plans.
• Provide user training, support and governance guidance.
• Collaborate with PMO to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence and PM tools to manage deliverables.
