Job summary

Divide By Zero Holdings Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to build, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and web content.

You will leverage AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SQL to deliver personalized experiences, coordinate assets from Figma, and ensure quality across inboxes and devices. This role requires collaboration with Campaign Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong HTML & CSS skills for responsive email rendering.
• Proficiency in AMPscript for dynamic content.
• SQL knowledge to query data extensions and automate journeys.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Assembly & Deployment: Build and execute campaigns (email, push, web content) using templates.
• Dynamic Logic: Apply AMPscript and HTML/CSS to render personalised offers and data.
• Segmentation & Journeys: Use SQL to query data extensions and power lifecycle journeys.
• Asset Coordination: Retrieve and format assets from Figma for accurate rendering.
• Quality Assurance: End-to-end testing across inboxes and devices against SLAs.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Campaign Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts.
