Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to design and deliver sophisticated customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE). You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate communication requirements into scalable, integrated marketing solutions.

The role focuses on end-to-end SFMC implementations, Journey Builder, Data Extensions, and integrations via Marketing Cloud Connect and APIs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Experience designing Journey Builder solutions.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and data extensions.
• Experience delivering email and SMS communications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SFMC Engagement solutions.
• Design and build multi-step customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Develop automations, data extensions, segmentation queries and workflows.
• Configure Marketing Cloud Connect capabilities, including Salesforce Data Events and synchronised data extensions.
• Design and deliver email and SMS communications.
• Develop integrations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs.
