Job summary

Aurec Group is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to support a Federal Government project across ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA. You will own data management, campaign design, and platform documentation for nationwide marketing operations.

The role requires a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification, 2–3+ years of MC experience, and strong SQL/AMPscript skills. Candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user training and support.

Qualifications

2–3+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, implementation, and CRM workflow management.
Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification required; additional Sales/Service Cloud certifications are valued.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management and platform documentation.
Create, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns with list management, segmentation, journeys, and A/B testing.
Support and improve integrations between Marketing Cloud and Sales/Service Cloud environments.
Build marketing automation workflows and data extensions to streamline communications.
Monitor analytics, extract metrics, and present insights to cross-functional teams.
Provide end-user training and technical support to troubleshoot platform issues.
