Job summary

Service Stream is seeking a Field Supervisor - Sewer for the Melbourne region. This permanent full-time role is based in Epping/Coburg and sits within our Field Services team, delivering essential sewer network maintenance and repair works.

You will lead field crews, coordinate labour, equipment and subcontractors, and ensure works are completed safely and to high standards expected by clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in civil, utilities or sewer operations.
• Strong safety focus and ability to enforce safety culture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate labour, equipment and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, productive work.
• Perform regular site inspections and field audits.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting on site.
• Coordinate resources and monitor KPIs and safety documentation.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Liaise with authorities for permits and site access.
• Review timesheets and allocate work orders.
