Smartgroup is seeking a Settlements Coordinator in Adelaide to support the novated leasing process before and after settlement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role is customer-facing and requires documenting and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will manage credit applications, post-settlement setup, and data integrity while maintaining privacy and compliance standards.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in finance or compliance-based role.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with credit application processes or leasing documentation (preferred).
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Proficiency with internal systems and documentation workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Support the credit application process for customers.
• Support with setting up Novated Leasing accounts at post-settlement.
• Liaise with customers, financiers, employers, and dealers to ensure documentation is complete and compliant as required.
• Attend to both inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
• Monitor and follow up customer requests with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient service delivery.
• Ensure all data entry and system updates are accurate and aligned with compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to support seamless post-sale fulfilment.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy and regulatory requirements.
