Job summary

Aspect Joinery is a busy, reputable joinery company seeking a Full Time Setout / Drafter to join our team. You will draw cabinetry and cutting lists for production, read plans, and coordinate with project managers and suppliers on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates will have Cabinet Vision experience, strong CAD skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines. Based in Toowoomba, on-site role with a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Cabinet Vision experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret plans for production.
• Troubleshooting skills and an eye for detail.
• Draw/design jobs for customers for sign off before production.
• Produce cabinetry drawings and cutting lists for production.
• General knowledge of the trade.
• Confident with CAD programs; Cabinet Vision (Preferred), or similar.

Responsibilities

• Produce cutting list & create shop drawings.
• Liaise with project managers & suppliers on daily basis.
• Work on multiple projects & ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Communicating with various suppliers for the ordering of materials.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors on daily basis.
