Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions, a leading Sydney builder, seeks a capable role to drive project collaboration across services, contracts, and vendors on major infrastructure or building projects.

The candidate will partner with project managers, manage subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and communicate with clients to identify service delivery improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, especially large infrastructure or complex building projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Commitment to safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to incorporate services-related requirements and maintain project schedules.
• Coordinate with and manage relationships, contracts, and performance of vendors and subcontractors.
• Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
• Communicate with clients, address inquiries, and identify opportunities for process improvement in services delivery.
