Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking a senior project manager to oversee cost, programme and quality for major projects in Sydney. You will lead performance against objectives, drive continuous improvement, and communicate RCC values to stakeholders.

This role sits on the Sydney Leadership team, reporting to the General Manager, Operations Sydney, with strong emphasis on delivering high-quality outcomes and long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall cost, programme and quality responsibility of assigned projects.
• Mitigate risks to deliver excellent project outcomes for clients.
• Deliver achievement of project objectives with leadership and operational excellence.
• Articulate RCC culture and values in dealings with stakeholders.
• Senior decision-making responsibility on project issues in coordination with the General Manager

The Role:

• To manage the overall cost, programme and quality responsibility of assigned projects, mitigating all risks to deliver excellent project outcomes for our clients.
• Responsible for delivering achievement of project objectives, all whilst driving continuous leadership and operational excellence across RCC.
• A passion and commitment to deliver outstanding results and to continually improve against expectations actively seeking feedback from peers and teams.
• Ability to articulate and personally demonstrate RCC company culture and values in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders. Believe in, communicate and support the company vision and strategic objectives.
• Senior decision-making responsibility on any project related issues deferring to the General Manager, Operations Sydney the CEO.
• This role sits on the Sydney Leadership team and contributes to the overall success of the division.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Diploma in Construction or trade-based qualification considered.

Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction industry.
