Job summary

Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking Site Engineers to contribute to our diverse Sydney portfolio, including residential, education, health and community sectors. You will support project and site management, collaborate with design teams, and help prepare detailed schedules to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Ideal candidates will hold relevant building qualifications and have proven experience in mid to large-scale construction.

Qualifications

• Relevant building and tertiary qualifications.
• Proven experience in mid to large scale building construction projects; structures through to fit out.
• Competent technical skills with problem solving, initiative and collaboration.
• Strong commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Project & Site Management: Assist with project coordination and subcontractor management, supporting on-time completion and quality adherence.
• Design Management: Collaborate with project engineers to resolve design issues and provide technical input during the design and construction phases.
• Program Preparation & Administration: Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules, supporting effective program management and delivery.
• Site-Based Execution: Assist in quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress to Project Engineers.
• Health & Safety Advocacy: Support health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
