Job summary

Buildcorp in Sydney is seeking a highly capable Services Engineer to support a growing portfolio of major fit out and refurbishment projects. You will work across tendering, design coordination, and construction interfaces to ensure compliant, well-coordinated services design.

The role demands building services design/installation expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Experience within the built environment - new build or fit out and refurbishment.
Willingness to learn and further develop commercial, analytical, and construction knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Significant experience in building services design and installation.

Responsibilities

Support the tender process for services packages and procurement of consultants and subcontractors.
Document the solutions with consultants and support construction compliance with the design.
Coordinate interface requirements between services and building components including design coordination, approval, installation, commissioning, and completion requirements.
Lead the services subcontractor coordination meetings and manage the approvals process for all documentation, samples, and testing processes.
Contribute to project planning, sequencing and coordination activities related to services.
