Job summary

Buildcorp is seeking a Services Coordinator to support our portfolio of major fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will coordinate the delivery and installation of building services, liaise with consultants and subcontractors, and drive planning, procurement and scheduling to meet timelines.

You will monitor quality and safety, assist with testing and handover, and maintain comprehensive project records while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Experience coordinating construction projects, ideally with building services.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and delivering project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Services Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of major fit out and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Services Engineer, coordinate the delivery and installation of building services systems across construction projects.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Support planning, procurement, and scheduling activities to ensure services works are delivered on time.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications, regulations, and Buildcorp standards.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, defects management, and project handover.
• Maintain services documentation, reporting, and project records.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support successful project outcomes.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• Experience in construction project coordination, ideally involving building services.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering project outcomes.
