Job summary

Buildcorp is seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to oversee on-site construction delivery for our New Build projects in Sydney. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while leading teams, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

You will drive site health and safety, collaborate with project leaders, and manage logistics to meet milestones and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of subcontractor markets and construction methodologies.
• Ability to deliver complex projects safely, on schedule, and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to meet milestones and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead by example in health, safety, environment and quality management.
• Collaborate with project leaders to develop construction management and workplace plans.
• Manage subcontractor performance, labour resources and site logistics.
• Conduct regular site walks, safety meetings and progress reviews.
• Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives.
• Support buildability reviews and contribute to design and quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE legislation and project specs.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor to oversee on-site construction delivery for our growing portfolio of New Build projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while leading teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This will include:

• Overseeing all on-site construction activities to meet project milestones and stakeholder expectations.
• Leading by example in health, safety, environment, and quality management.
• Collaborating with project leaders to develop construction management and workplace relations plans.
• Managing subcontractor performance, labour resources, and site logistics.

• Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Building and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
• Supporting buildability reviews and contribute to achieving design and quality outcomes.
