Services Manager

Overview

As a Services Manager in Built’s Construction business unit, you’ll manage and deliver the services works on a high‑profile data centre project in Sydney’s West valued at approximately $2 B. With $4.5 B of secured work in our pipeline, you’ll have endless opportunities to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building services components and associated works for major construction projects.
• Assist project teams in understanding and solving services and design issues, and contribute to business development throughout the conversion process.
• Coordinate closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors on a project basis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for services during project execution.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Services Manager within the construction industry.
• Experience working with a first‑tier building contractor on large‑scale and major projects.
• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience in design, construction/installation.
• Experience in commissioning of all services.
