Job summary

Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network in Barmera is seeking a dedicated Services Cleaning - Barmera - Services Assistant to support catering, cleaning, housekeeping and laundry services for the health unit.

You will work as part of a team, demonstrate reliability and strong customer service, and adhere to safety and infection control standards while providing high-quality service to clients and staff.

About the Role:

The Services Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the health unit by providing high-quality catering, cleaning, housekeeping and laundry services. This varied and rewarding position is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing excellent service to clients and staff.

Desired Criteria

• Qualifications: Year 11 completion and current First Aid certificate.
• Practical experience: Experience in housekeeping, catering, laundry, and manual handling.
• Additional skills & knowledge: Basic computer skills and understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity principles.
