Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of ServiceNow and related business applications across Australian client engagements.

We require a mid-level or senior PM who can manage customer engagements from initiation to completion, with governance, sprint-based delivery, budgets, and contractual commitments. This role is remote across Australia, and NV1+ clearance is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Mid-level or higher experience managing technology projects from initiation through to completion.
• Experience managing customer-facing technology or business application projects.
• Experience delivering projects under time‑and‑materials, fixed‑price or deliverables‑based models.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary project-management contact for assigned customer engagements.
• Manage projects from initiation through planning, delivery, acceptance, closure and handover.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Provide clear reporting on project health, risks, issues, finances and decisions.
• Facilitate governance forums and ensure actions and escalations are recorded.
