Whizdom is seeking an experienced Delivery / Program Lead to spearhead a significant infrastructure transformation programme in Australia. The role requires someone with over 10 years of experience managing complex delivery environments, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to lead multi-vendor initiatives.

This opportunity offers a substantial compensation package of $200,000 plus super, along with the chance to work on a mission-critical project that directly influences national capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or transformation programmes.
• Proven track record leading multi-vendor, multi-stream delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of data centre, infrastructure or cloud transformation.
• Highly credible with executive stakeholders and senior technical leaders.
• Able to operate under pressure, ambiguity and tight delivery timelines.

• Lead multi-workstream programme execution across design, build, migration and hypercare phases.
• Manage programme governance, financials, resource planning and delivery risk.
• Drive programme cadence, reporting and executive visibility.
