Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to join our ServiceNow Practice and lead the delivery of ServiceNow and related business applications. This role is suited to a mid-level or senior PM who can independently manage customer engagements from initiation through to completion, accountable for governance, sprint delivery, finances and contractual outcomes.

Location is flexible nationwide in Australia, with Baseline security clearance desirable.

Qualifications

• Senior or mid-level PM with proven delivery of technology projects.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects in a contractual environment.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience in agile or hybrid delivery environments and Scrum ceremonies.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent governance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary PM for assigned engagements.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from initiation to closure.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Balance priorities and manage customer expectations.
• Coordinate teams across delivery and customer stakeholders.
• Maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
