Job summary

XPT Software is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM specialist to design and deliver ITOM solutions in enterprise environments. You will implement Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB governance, ensuring strong data health and concerted stakeholder alignment.

The role requires hands-on implementation and ongoing support, collaboration with business and technical teams, and a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in complex ServiceNow programs.
