Job summary

National Heavy Vehicle Regulator in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Infrastructure & Cyber Security on a two-year contract. You will lead important technology initiatives, work with ServiceNow, and collaborate with technical specialists, stakeholders and delivery partners to drive projects from planning through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing medium to large and/or complex projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and to quality standards.
• Experience in stakeholder involvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage key projects and initiatives for NHVR.
• Develop and maintain project plans including budgets, resources and risks.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for governance committees.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and reporting.
• Negotiate change proposals with stakeholders as needed.
• Develop and maintain a communication framework to inform stakeholders.
• Communicate with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues to maintain progress and quality of delivery.
• Contract management with vendors for implementation and ongoing support.
• Comply with NHVR policies, WHS standards and safe work practices.
