National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) in Brisbane is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive a national technology transformation within the Compliance & Enforcement program. The role focuses on replacing legacy systems and delivering modern technology across NHVR core functions, reporting to the Program Manager and PMO.

You will lead complex project delivery, manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships, and collaborate with business stakeholders to achieve key outcomes.

Formación

• Extensive experience in managing medium to large and/or complex projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and within scope.
• Strong stakeholder involvement and governance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-level briefings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and deliver key NHVR projects and initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Provide status reporting to executives and governance committees; conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
