Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Brisbane invites a ServiceNow Engineer/Administrator to join our team. You will manage day-to-day administration, configuration and support of the ServiceNow platform in a Government environment, ensuring secure and reliable operations.

You will handle user access, workflows, upgrades, and deployments, contribute to documentation, and collaborate with IT teams to drive ITSM and ITIL aligned processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Administrator.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow deployments and upgrades.
• Experience working in Government or regulated environments.
• ServiceNow certification (CSA or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the ServiceNow platform
• Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls
• Support ServiceNow implementations, deployments, and upgrades
• Perform platform configuration including workflows, forms, and UI policies
• Monitor system performance and resolve platform issues
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
• Maintain technical and operational documentation
• Ensure platform compliance with Government security and governance standards
