Job summary

Paxus in Australia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our high-performing team delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions in Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide. NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory for consideration.

You will design, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow platform, build integrations with external systems, and collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills.
• Experience configuring Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and forms.
• Experience building ServiceNow integrations.
• Knowledge of ITSM modules and ServiceNow data model.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certifications are highly regarded.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and business rules.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Work closely with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure all configurations and customisations follow ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
• Perform unit testing and support system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration artefacts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of ServiceNow development standards and practices.
